TM66E Large Modular 400–1200 kVA is the flagship high-capacity modular three-phase UPS platform in the TM66E series, designed for large data centers, telecom core sites, industrial infrastructure and centralized critical-power systems. Built from 100 kVA hot-swappable power modules, it delivers output PF 1.0, up to 97% AC-mode efficiency, ECO / HECO modes up to 99%, VRLA or lithium battery support with 360–600 Vdc bus, charger current up to 100 A, wave recording on fault events and key-component lifecycle management.

HECO Mode + Active Power Filter

HECO mode supports high-efficiency operation up to 99% by configuration. In HECO operation, the inverter remains active to provide reactive power compensation and active power filtering, helping improve input power factor and input power quality. Automatic inverter control supports load transfer when bypass conditions are abnormal.

100 kVA Hot-Swappable Power Modules

Power, bypass, monitoring and ECU control modules are hot-swappable. 100 kVA power modules can be added, removed or replaced within cabinet capacity, supporting scalable system design and reduced-downtime maintenance by approved procedure. Cabinet capacities scale from 400 to 1200 kVA by module count: 4 / 5 / 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 modules.

PF 1.0 Output / Up to 97% Efficiency

Output PF 1.0 (kW = kVA) delivers full usable capacity from 400 kVA to 1.2 MW. AC-mode efficiency reaches up to 97%, while ECO and HECO modes are available up to 99% by configuration for energy saving in suitable utility conditions.

Parallel up to 6 / 4 Units & LBS

Direct parallel operation supports capacity expansion or N+X redundancy, subject to project design: up to 6 units for 400–600 kVA configurations and up to 4 units for 800–1200 kVA configurations. Shared-battery parallel configuration is supported. Load Bus Synchronization (LBS) supports dual-bus or coordinated multi-system critical-power architectures.

7″ Touchscreen HMI & SNMP / Modbus

7-inch TFT touchscreen is standard, with 10-inch optional by configuration. The system supports mimic diagram, history logs and fault logs. Communications include RS-232, RS-485, parallel, LBS, BMS and dry contact. Optional TM550 SNMP card supports network monitoring, and Modbus RTU via RS-485 supports BMS / SCADA integration. Wide 138–485 Vac input range supports unstable utility conditions, with 138–324 Vac operation at 40% load and 323–485 Vac operation at 100% load.
