Three-Level Inverter Technology

Up to 95.5% Online Efficiency
Online efficiency reaches up to 95% on 6 kVA models and up to 95.5% on 10 kVA models. ECO-mode efficiency reaches up to 98.8% on 6 kVA and up to 99% on 10 kVA, subject to model and operating conditions.
Dual Intelligent Communication Slots
Two independent intelligent slots support compatible TM550 SNMP / Modbus-TCP, relay and other communication options, providing flexible remote monitoring and system integration – available by model.
Flexible Battery Runtime
Internal-battery and long-runtime configurations are available by model. Compatible TC-series external battery cabinets extend backup time according to the UPS configuration, connected load and required runtime.
Parallel-Capable Models
Selected 6 and 10 kVA models support parallel operation of up to four units for capacity expansion or N+X redundancy, subject to the selected configuration, parallel accessories and project design.
Controlled Acoustic Performance

External Battery Cabinets
Compatible TC-series tower battery cabinets extend backup time for TM11E Elite 6–10 kVA models. Battery quantity, cabinet configuration and capacity are selected according to the UPS model, connected load and required runtime.
TM550 SNMP Network Card
Optional intelligent-slot card providing SNMP and web-based monitoring, email notifications and Modbus-TCP communication for compatible TM11E Elite models. Where dual intelligent slots are fitted, compatible SNMP and relay cards may be installed together for combined network monitoring and dry-contact signalling.
Relay Communication Card
Optional dry-contact card providing six dry-contact outputs and one dry-contact input for connection to building management systems, alarm panels or external monitoring equipment. Installation in the second intelligent slot is subject to UPS model and communication-slot configuration.
External Maintenance Bypass PDU
Provides an external bypass path so the connected load can remain supplied during UPS service or replacement, subject to correct installation, available bypass power and the prescribed switching procedure. Available by model and rating.
