Online efficiency reaches up to 95% on 6 kVA models and up to 95.5% on 10 kVA models. ECO-mode efficiency reaches up to 98.8% on 6 kVA and up to 99% on 10 kVA, subject to model and operating conditions.

Dual Intelligent Communication Slots

Two independent intelligent slots support compatible TM550 SNMP / Modbus-TCP, relay and other communication options, providing flexible remote monitoring and system integration – available by model.

Flexible Battery Runtime

Internal-battery and long-runtime configurations are available by model. Compatible TC-series external battery cabinets extend backup time according to the UPS configuration, connected load and required runtime.

Parallel-Capable Models

Selected 6 and 10 kVA models support parallel operation of up to four units for capacity expansion or N+X redundancy, subject to the selected configuration, parallel accessories and project design.

Controlled Acoustic Performance

Compatible TC-series tower battery cabinets extend backup time for TM11E Elite 6–10 kVA models. Battery quantity, cabinet configuration and capacity are selected according to the UPS model, connected load and required runtime.

TM550 SNMP Network Card

Optional intelligent-slot card providing SNMP and web-based monitoring, email notifications and Modbus-TCP communication for compatible TM11E Elite models. Where dual intelligent slots are fitted, compatible SNMP and relay cards may be installed together for combined network monitoring and dry-contact signalling.

What is the difference between TM11E and TM11E Elite?
TM11E Elite is the higher-performance 6–10 kVA tower platform with PF 1.0 output, three-level inverter technology, online efficiency up to 95.5% and expanded communication options. The standard TM11E covers a broader 1–10 kVA range with specifications varying by model.
Does TM11E Elite include internal batteries?
Internal-battery and long-runtime configurations are available by model. The 6 kVA internal-battery version may use 36 × 12 V / 7 Ah or 36 × 12 V / 9 Ah batteries, while the 10 kVA internal-battery configuration uses 36 × 12 V / 9 Ah batteries, depending on the approved model configuration.
Can external battery cabinets be added?
Yes. Compatible external battery cabinets can extend backup time. Battery quantity, DC voltage, cabinet model and charging current must match the selected UPS configuration and required runtime.
How is the required battery runtime calculated?
Runtime depends on the connected load, battery capacity, battery condition, UPS efficiency, discharge rate and required end voltage. ATENCO can prepare a project-specific runtime calculation based on the actual load and backup-time target.
Can TM11E Elite units operate in parallel?
Selected 6 and 10 kVA configurations support parallel operation of up to four units for capacity expansion or N+X redundancy. A compatible parallel kit and approved project configuration are required.
What monitoring options are available?
Depending on configuration, TM11E Elite supports USB, RS-232, RS-485 with Modbus RTU, EPO and two intelligent communication slots. Optional TM550 SNMP / Modbus-TCP and relay cards are available for remote monitoring and dry-contact signalling.
Does TM11E Elite include a maintenance bypass?
The UPS includes a built-in manual maintenance bypass switch where specified. An external maintenance bypass PDU may also be used for enhanced isolation and service flexibility, subject to model rating and installation design.
Is TM11E Elite suitable for generator operation?
The wide input voltage and frequency ranges can support generator-fed applications, but generator capacity, frequency stability, voltage regulation and load characteristics must be checked during project design.
