TM66E Compact Modular Three-Phase UPS 30–75 kVA
TM66E Compact 30–75 kVA is a transformer-less online double-conversion modular three-phase UPS platform with built-in hot-swappable VRLA battery modules for compact critical-power projects. It uses 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 kVA hot-swappable power modules, 3-level topology, output PF 1.0, up to 95.8% AC-mode efficiency, wide 138–485 Vac input, input PF ≥0.99, input THDi ≤3%, 0 ms AC-to-battery transfer, Load Bus Synchronization (LBS), and parallel operation up to 6 units by configuration. A 7″ colour touchscreen is standard, with 10″ optional by configuration.
Modular UPS with Built-In VRLA Battery Modules
TM66E Compact 30–75 kVA is an online double-conversion modular three-phase UPS designed for smaller modular projects where internal-battery integration removes the need for an external battery cabinet. Hot-swappable power, bypass, monitoring and ECU control modules support zero-downtime maintenance and capacity expansion within the cabinet.
Built-In Battery Module Design
Up to 6 internal battery groups can be installed inside the UPS cabinet by configuration, reducing the need for an external battery cabinet for standard autonomy requirements. The system uses VRLA lead-acid maintenance-free batteries at ±240 Vdc nominal, with hot-swappable battery modules supported up to 24 modules per cabinet by configuration.
Hot-Swappable Modular Architecture
Power, bypass, monitoring and ECU control modules are hot-swappable. Power modules in 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 kVA ratings can be added, removed or replaced within cabinet capacity, supporting capacity expansion and reduced-downtime maintenance by procedure.
PF 1.0 Output / Up to 95.8% Efficiency
Output PF 1.0 (kW = kVA) delivers full usable kW from 30 to 75 kVA. AC-mode efficiency reaches up to 95.8% with 3-level transformer-less topology, while ECO and HECO modes are available up to 99% for energy saving in suitable utility conditions.
Parallel up to 6 Units & LBS
Direct parallel operation supports capacity expansion or N+X redundancy up to 6 units, subject to project design. Shared-battery parallel configuration is supported. Load Bus Synchronization (LBS) supports dual-bus or coordinated multi-system critical-power architectures.
7″ Touchscreen HMI & SNMP / Modbus
7-inch TFT touchscreen is standard, with 10-inch optional by configuration. The system supports history logs and fault logs. Communications include RS-232, RS-485, parallel, LBS, BMS and dry contact. Optional TM550 SNMP card supports network monitoring, and Modbus RTU via RS-485 supports BMS / SCADA integration. FW / SW online upgrade is supported in bypass mode.
Wide Input & Generator Compatibility
Wide 138–485 Vac input range supports unstable utility conditions, with operation derated to 40% load below 305 Vac. Input PF ≥0.99 and input THDi ≤3% help reduce upstream electrical stress. Power Walk-In limits start-current impact for generator-backed sites when the generator is properly sized and configured.
