High-end online double-conversion VFI rack/tower UPS for 6–10 kVA applications. RM11E Elite combines 3-Level IGBT technology, full DSP control, PF 1.0 output (kW = kVA), dual intelligent slots, online efficiency up to 95.5% and low-noise operation for servers, network switches, telecom shelters, edge IT and data-center loads. 3-Level IGBT Topology
Online double-conversion VFI with 3-Level IGBT inverter and DSP control delivers PF 1.0 output, pure sine wave power and 0 ms online transfer for high power quality.
2U / 4U Rack/Tower Design
2U chassis without internal battery or 4U chassis with internal battery space. Rotatable LCD supports rack or tower installation with the display facing the user.
Up to 95.5% Efficiency
High online-mode efficiency: up to 95% on 6 kVA models and up to 95.5% on 10 kVA models. ECO mode reaches up to 99% in stable utility environments to reduce operating cost.
Dual Intelligent Slots
Two independent intelligent slots support optional SNMP / Modbus-TCP and relay communication cards, giving more monitoring and signalling flexibility than single-slot models.
Parallel-Capable Models
Parallel-capable 6 and 10 kVA models support up to 4 units for capacity scaling or N+X redundancy, subject to model configuration and project design.
Low-Noise Operation
Low-noise operation: under 45 dB at 1 m on 6 kVA models and under 50 dB at 1 m on 10 kVA models – suitable for server rooms, offices and noise-sensitive environments.

External Battery Cabinets
RC16192EL rack battery cabinet, 3U / 192 Vdc / 16 × 12V 9Ah, extends runtime for RM11E Elite 6–10 kVA models. RC16192EL-B version ships with batteries pre-installed.
SNMP Network Card
Optional TM220 intelligent-slot card for remote monitoring via SNMP, web interface and email alerts. RM11E Elite includes dual intelligent slots for optional SNMP / Modbus-TCP and relay communication cards.
Rack Rail Kit
Adjustable 19″ rack-mount rails, 700-760 mm depth, for secure RM11E Elite installation in standard server racks.
Maintenance Bypass PDU
External RM11E-PDU9300E maintenance bypass PDU supports UPS service or replacement while maintaining load supply, when installed according to procedure.
