Online Tower UPS 1–10 kVA

True online double-conversion VFI UPS delivering pure sine-wave output and 0 ms transfer time for servers, networking, telecom, security systems, edge IT and professional equipment. Wide operating input voltage range of 110–300 Vac (1–3 kVA) and 110–286 Vac (6–10 kVA) helps maintain stable output and reduce unnecessary battery operation.

Internal-battery and long-runtime configurations are available by model, with compatible external battery cabinets for extended backup. Designed and tested in accordance with applicable CE, EMC, LVD and IEC 62040 requirements.

Engineered for Reliable Power Protection

Online double-conversion protection with pure sine-wave output, flexible internal or external battery configurations, and parallel capability on selected 6–10 kVA models. TM11E is designed for servers, networking, telecom, security systems, edge IT and professional equipment.

True Online Double-Conversion

VFI topology with DSP digital control provides regulated pure sine-wave output and 0 ms transfer time. It protects connected equipment from voltage fluctuations, frequency variations, outages and other common power disturbances.

High Input Power Factor

Active power-factor correction provides input PF of up to 0.99 by model and load level, helping reduce input current demand and upstream electrical loading. Wide input operating tolerance also supports better coordination with utility and generator sources.

High Operating Efficiency

Online-mode efficiency reaches up to 91% on 1–3 kVA models and up to 93.5% on 6–10 kVA models. ECO-mode efficiency reaches up to 98% by model, helping reduce energy consumption where utility quality permits ECO operation.

Flexible Battery Runtime

Internal-battery and long-runtime versions are available by model. Compatible TC-series external battery cabinets can extend backup time based on the UPS configuration, connected load and required runtime.

Parallel Capability – Selected 6–10 kVA Models

Selected 6–10 kVA models support parallel operation of up to four units for capacity expansion or N+X redundancy, subject to the selected UPS version, parallel accessories and project design.

Communication and Monitoring

Local status and control are provided through LCD or LED interfaces depending on model. USB, RS-232, EPO and intelligent-slot communication are available by configuration, with optional SNMP, relay and RS-485 monitoring cards for network and control-room integration.

What is the TM11E?
TM11E is ATENCO’s single-phase online double-conversion (VFI) tower UPS series for 1–10 kVA applications. It provides pure sine-wave output, 0 ms transfer time and PF 0.9 output, with internal-battery and long-runtime versions available by model for servers, networking, telecom, security and professional IT loads.
What is the difference between TM11E and TM11E Elite?
TM11E is the standard 1–10 kVA online tower UPS with PF 0.9 output. TM11E Elite is the higher-performance 6–10 kVA tower range with PF 1.0 output (kW = kVA), three-level inverter technology, higher efficiency and dual intelligent slots. Choose TM11E for standard tower UPS projects; choose TM11E Elite when the project needs more usable kW per kVA or higher efficiency in tower format.
What is the difference between TM11E and RM11E?
Both are single-phase online double-conversion UPS ranges for 1–10 kVA with PF 0.9 output. TM11E is the tower (floor-standing) format, while RM11E is the rack/tower convertible format for 19-inch rack installation. The right choice depends mainly on installation format: tower for floor-standing sites, rack for structured cabinets and data-room racks.
What is the difference between TM11E and TM33E?
TM11E is a single-phase (1:1) UPS for single-phase sites and loads. TM33E is a three-phase online UPS (three-phase input and three-phase output) from 10 to 40 kVA. Choose TM11E for single-phase installations up to 10 kVA; choose TM33E when the site supply is three-phase and the load requires a three-phase UPS.
Does the TM11E support extended battery runtime?
Yes. TM11E is available in internal-battery and long-runtime versions by model, and compatible TC-series external battery cabinets can extend backup time. Battery quantity, cabinet type and runtime are sized according to the UPS model, connected load and required backup time.
Can TM11E units be paralleled for redundancy?
Selected 6–10 kVA models support parallel operation of up to four units for capacity expansion or N+X redundancy, subject to the selected UPS version, parallel accessories and project design. The 1–3 kVA models are used as standalone units.
What input voltage range does the TM11E accept?
TM11E provides a wide operating input voltage range of up to 110–300 Vac on 1–3 kVA models and 110–286 Vac on 6–10 kVA models, helping maintain stable output during voltage fluctuations and reduce unnecessary battery operation. Generator operation is supported subject to correct generator sizing, frequency tolerance and installation.
How is the TM11E monitored remotely?
Local status and control are provided through LCD or LED interfaces depending on model, with USB, RS-232 and EPO available by model. Intelligent-slot SNMP monitoring is available through the TM220 card for selected 1–3 kVA models and the TM550 card for selected 6–10 kVA models, with relay and RS-485 options for network and control-room integration.
