Online Tower UPS 1–10 kVA
True online double-conversion VFI UPS delivering pure sine-wave output and 0 ms transfer time for servers, networking, telecom, security systems, edge IT and professional equipment. Wide operating input voltage range of 110–300 Vac (1–3 kVA) and 110–286 Vac (6–10 kVA) helps maintain stable output and reduce unnecessary battery operation.
Internal-battery and long-runtime configurations are available by model, with compatible external battery cabinets for extended backup. Designed and tested in accordance with applicable CE, EMC, LVD and IEC 62040 requirements.
Engineered for Reliable Power Protection
Online double-conversion protection with pure sine-wave output, flexible internal or external battery configurations, and parallel capability on selected 6–10 kVA models. TM11E is designed for servers, networking, telecom, security systems, edge IT and professional equipment.
True Online Double-Conversion
VFI topology with DSP digital control provides regulated pure sine-wave output and 0 ms transfer time. It protects connected equipment from voltage fluctuations, frequency variations, outages and other common power disturbances.
High Input Power Factor
Active power-factor correction provides input PF of up to 0.99 by model and load level, helping reduce input current demand and upstream electrical loading. Wide input operating tolerance also supports better coordination with utility and generator sources.
High Operating Efficiency
Online-mode efficiency reaches up to 91% on 1–3 kVA models and up to 93.5% on 6–10 kVA models. ECO-mode efficiency reaches up to 98% by model, helping reduce energy consumption where utility quality permits ECO operation.
Flexible Battery Runtime
Internal-battery and long-runtime versions are available by model. Compatible TC-series external battery cabinets can extend backup time based on the UPS configuration, connected load and required runtime.
Parallel Capability – Selected 6–10 kVA Models
Selected 6–10 kVA models support parallel operation of up to four units for capacity expansion or N+X redundancy, subject to the selected UPS version, parallel accessories and project design.
Communication and Monitoring
Local status and control are provided through LCD or LED interfaces depending on model. USB, RS-232, EPO and intelligent-slot communication are available by configuration, with optional SNMP, relay and RS-485 monitoring cards for network and control-room integration.

External Battery Cabinets
Compatible TC-series tower battery cabinets extend backup time for selected TM11E models. Battery quantity, cabinet type and capacity are sized according to the UPS model, connected load and required runtime.

Optional intelligent-slot card providing SNMP monitoring, web-based access and email notifications. Compatibility depends on the selected TM11E model and communication configuration.
TM550 SNMP Card
For selected 6–10 kVA models

External Maintenance Bypass PDU
Provides an external bypass path so the connected load can remain supplied during UPS service or replacement, subject to correct installation, utility availability and the prescribed switching procedure. Available by model and rating.
